In an effort to do our part to help control the spread of COVID-19, Pro Audio Center has implemented several safety measures to protect our employees and our customers.

Access to our Sales Floor is Limited to Avoid Crowds. And we reserve the right to restrict entry at anytime to avoid over crowding. All customers are reminded to distance themselves from our employees and other customers by at least six feet when visiting our sales floor. We will be glad to discuss all the options for your next upgrade, help you select the perfect equipment, give you an awesome estimate, schedule an appointment for order pickup or installation. And in some cases, we can even ship product directly to your doorstep for free.

Our inside Customer Waiting Area is Limited to One Customer at a Time. We are sanitizing the waiting area throughout the day. And we have chairs available for you to enjoy your wait outside. But we do highly recommend that you make arrangements to drop off your vehicle for your installation appointment. And then return to pick it up after the installation is complete. Anyone who chooses to remain on property while their vehicle is being serviced should adhere to strict social distancing guidelines and remain separated by at least six feet outside of their own shelter group.

Our store is being sanitized multiple times a day as well as all vehicles brought in for service. But we remind you to please Adhere to All CDC Guidelines and practice good hygiene: Wash your hands often, don’t touch your face, and stay at home if you are sick in any way. The use of face masks or face coverings is also highly encouraged in public spaces when in close proximity to other people.
